CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
As SETTA TEKSTİL SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (the " Company "), we attach importance to the privacy and security of your personal data. As a Company, we have prepared this Personal Data Processing Clarification Text ("Clarification Text") in order to inform data subjects regarding the processing, storage, and transfer of your personal data within the framework of our activities arising from the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and related legislation and legal regulations.
Our company processes your personal data in compliance with the regulations of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (" KVKK ") and secondary legislation. Your personal data means any information that identifies or makes your identity identifiable.
If you accept the Terms and Conditions and become a " Website Member " in order to benefit from the services offered on our company's websites (hereinafter referred to as the " Website "), we would like to inform you about your personal data processed.
What personal data do we process?
If you become a Member of the Website, the following personal data is processed.

Personal data shared with our company is under the supervision and control of our subsidiaries that provide, operate or provide services to our IT infrastructure.
Your Rights Regarding the Protection of Your Personal Data
The rights of real persons whose personal data is processed, pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, are as follows:

* We kindly request that " Personal Data Protection Law Related Person Request " be written in the notification envelope of the application form or in the subject section of the e-mail.
** Relevant Persons applying via "Written Application" are required to submit documents verifying their identity. In this context, for in-person written applications to Merkez Mah. Üsküdar Cad. No: 57 Çekmeköy/İstanbul, we kindly request that only the front side of the ID photocopy (without displaying blood type and religion) be submitted along with the application form.
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to the Company, the Company will process the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires additional costs, the fee set forth in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.

The Company reserves the right to update this Information Text on the Protection of Personal Data at any time, within the framework of any changes that may be made to the current legislation.
